超临界CO2流体萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉豆蔻挥发性化学成分的研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法从肉豆蔻中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定其化学成分及相对含量,对两种提取方法所得的挥发油进行比较.水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油主要成分为β-蒎烯、松油烯-4-醇、α-蒎烯、γ-松油烯、β-水芹烯等;超临界CO2萃取法提取的挥发油主要成分为:肉豆蔻酸、肉豆蔻醚、松油烯-4-醇、α-蒎烯、黄樟醚等.

Abstract:Essential oils were extracted from Myristica fragrans Houtt. by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and steam distillation (SD). Their components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and compared. 48 compounds were identified for the essential oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide, and its main components have been found to be myristic acid, myristicin, terpinen-4-ol, alpha-pinene and safrole. 38 compounds were identified for the essential oil obtained by SD, and its main components have been found to be beta-pinene, terpinen-4-ol, alpha-pinene, gamma-terpinene and beta-phellandrene.
