鼻咽癌放疗后出血的护理

目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗后出血的护理措施及护理效果。方法选取该院自2012年1月—2013年1月收治的92例鼻咽癌放疗后出血患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各46例,给予对照组患者常规护理,并在此基础上给予观察组患者针对性的临床护理干预,并对两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果两组患者的放射剂量均为60~80 GY,但观察组患者的平均住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的鼻出血现象控制效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论给予鼻咽癌放疗后出血患者针对性的临床护理干预可取得良好的治疗效果,且可缩短患者住院时间,临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。

The Nursing of Hemorrhage after Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To study the nursing measures for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with hemorrhage after radiotherapy and the nursing effect. Methods 92 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with hemorrhage after radiotherapy admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 46 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing, and patients in the observation group were given targeted clinical nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The radiation dose of both groups of patients was 60-80 GY, but the average length of stay of the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the nasal bleeding control effect of the observation group was much better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted clinical nursing intervention for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with hemorrhage after radiotherapy, can achieve good treatment effect, and reduce the length of stay with significant clinical effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
