1269例动物致伤者狂犬病疫苗免疫后抗体检测结果

目的]了解被哺乳类动物致伤者接种狂犬病疫苗后的免疫效果。方法]收集百色市城区1269例被动物致伤、经注射狂犬病疫苗全程免疫后20 d采集的血清检测狂犬病病毒抗体。结果]检测狂犬病疫苗接种者1269例,检出抗体阳性1227例,阳性率96.69%。不同年龄组中0~9岁抗体阳性率最高（99.65%）,80-84岁抗体阳性率最低（90.91%）,各年龄组抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不同性别、不同动物致伤者抗体阳性率差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论]狂犬病疫苗免疫效果良好,对被动物致伤人群应及时接种狂犬病疫苗。

Antibody Examination after Rabies Vaccine Immunization for 1 269 Animal Biting Persons

Objective]To understand the immune effect of the mammal biting persons after rabies vaccine immunization.Methods]Serum samples of the 1 269 animal biting persons were collected at the 20 th day after they received full-dose rabies vaccine immunization,Antibody against rabies virus was tested.Results]1 269 persons immunized with rabies vaccine were tested,1 227 were antibody positive,accounting for 96.69%.The highest was in the children aged 0-9(99.65%),while the lowest was in the people aged 80-84(90.91).There was a difference of the positive rate in different aged group(P<0.05).There was no difference of the positive rate in different sex of the people with injury by different animals(P>0.05).Conclusion]The immune effect of rabies vaccine was good,rabies immunization must be received promptly after biting by animals.
