放疗联合唑来膦酸与单纯放疗治疗骨转移瘤疗效比较分析

摘    要:目的:比较单纯放疗和放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疼痛的疗效。方法:分析102例骨转移癌疼痛患者治疗效果,A组为放疗+唑来膦酸治疗(47例),B组为单纯放疗(55例),比较两组治疗的总有效率及疼痛缓解期。结果:A组止痛有效率分别为91.5%,明显高于B组的76.4%,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月和7个月后,A组疼痛缓解期大于3个月和7个月的患者百分比分别为67.3%和29.1%,而B组疼痛缓解期大于3个月和7个月的患者百分比分别为87.2%%和40.4%,两组患者疼痛缓解期差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且未发现严重放射及药物毒性。结论:放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疼痛优于单纯放疗,且可使患者获得更长疼痛缓解期,是一种安全有效的治疗策略。

Comparison between radiotherapy and radiotherapy combined with zoledmnic acid for treatment of metastatic bone tumours

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of radiotherapy and radiotherapy combined with zoledmnic acid to treat metastatic bone tumours.Method Total 102 patients with metastatic bone tumours were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with radiotherapy combined with zoledmnic acid,and group B was treated with radiotherapy.Comparion between the efficiency and pain relief period of the two groups were performed.Results The overall response rate of group A was 91.5%,and that of group B was 76.4%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After 3 months-and 7 months-follow up,the rate of patients with more than 3 months-and 7 months-pain relief period were 67.3% and 29.1%,respectively in group A and those in group B were 87.2% and 40.4%.The difference between the pain relief period of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with zoledmnic acid which is a secure and efficient treatment and provides patients sustained pain relief period is superior to radiotherapy.
