| 摘 要： | 目的评价3.0TMRI对纵隔肿瘤各征象的显示能力及诊断价值。方法对32例纵隔肿瘤行3.0TMRI成像,分析纵隔肿瘤MRI征象,包括病灶部位、形态、边缘特征、肿瘤内部结构以及邻近组织器官关系的检出及显示能力。结果 32例纵隔肿瘤中,术前正确诊断30例,准确定位32例,准确判断内部组织成分30例。结论 3.0TMRI对于纵隔肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断,显示肿瘤与邻近组织器官结构关系、推测肿瘤内部成分以及术前评估等方面具有重要价值,可作为纵隔肿瘤影像学检查的重要手段。 |
