| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨铜尘、钨尘对石英致肺纤维化作用的影响。方法 采用大白鼠气管注入一次性染尘法对铜尘、钨尘与石英的联合作用进行了实验研究。结果 铜尘加石英尘及钨尘加石英尘实验组动物染尘后１ 个月时，肺内病变为细胞性结节，而单纯石英对照组已达Ⅱ～Ⅲ级矽肺纤维化。结论 铜尘、钨尘均对石英致纤维化具有延缓作用。
