KLK10蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨KLK10蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化法检测10例上皮性卵巢良性、12例交界性和45例恶性肿瘤中KLK10蛋白的表达，分析KLK10表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理及生存状态的关系。结果：（1）在上皮性卵巢良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤组织中KLK10表达的阳性率分别为10％、58.33％和86．67％，3组间阳性率和阳性级别比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）KLK10表达的阳性率和表达强度在晚期组高于早期组，中低分化组高于高分化组，有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组，生存时间〈5年组高于≥5年组，各组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：（1）KLK10蛋白在上皮性卵巢良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤细胞中表达的阳性率和表达强度呈逐渐升高。（2）KLK10蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移和5年生存率有关。

The Expression and Clinical Significance of KLK10 Protein in Epithelial Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression and the clinical significance of KLK10 protein in EOC. Methods: The expression of KLK10 protein in 10 epithelial benign ovarian tumors,12 borderline tumors and 45 malignant tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationships of the expression of KLK10 protein,clinicopathologic information and survival state in EOC was analyzed. Results: (1)The expression rate of KLK10 protein in benign,borderline and malignant ovarian tumors was 10%,58.33% and 86.67%,respectively,the expression rate and positive rank of 3 groups was obviously different(P<0.05). (2)The expression rate and intensity of KLK10 protein in the advanced stage of EOC was higher than in the early stage,in G2,G3 higher than G1,with lymphatic metastasis higher than without lymphatic metastasis,survival <5 yeas higher than survival ≥5 yeas. 5-year-survival rate of the EOC patients with KLK10(-) was higher than KLK10(+). Conclusion: (1)The expression rate and intensity of KLK10 protein in benign,borderline and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors was stepped up gradually.(2)The expression of KLK10 protein in EOC was obviously different in clinical staging,pathologic grading,with and without lymphatic metastasis and survival time less than 5 years and more than 5 years (P<0.05).
