| 摘 要： | 目的：观察东菱迪芙治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者后血浆D-二聚体（D-Dimer）及纤维蛋白原（FIB）变化。方法：将120例腔梗患者随机分为东菱迪芙组和常规治疗组，各60例。两组均给予神经细胞营养药和常规药物，而东菱迪芙组在第1，第3，第5，第7天加用东菱迪芙治疗；同时设有急性脑梗塞（ACI）组30例，并设正常对照组30例。测定治疗前后血浆D-二聚体和FIB水平。结果：治疗前腔梗患者的血浆D-二聚体水平显著低于急性脑梗塞患者（P〈0．05）；东菱迪芙治疗后第7天，D-二聚体水平明显高于治疗前（P〈0．05），FIB明显降低（P〈0．05）；第14天，D-二聚体与治疗前差异不显著（P〉0．05）。结论：东菱迪芙使腔隙性脑梗塞患者纤溶活性增强，凝血活性相对减弱，促进微血栓溶解。
