输血前4项中梅毒螺旋体-酶联免疫吸附试验检测的临床意义

目的:探讨输血前4项中梅毒螺旋体-酶联免疫吸附试验(TP-ELISA)的特点和临床意义。方法:收集我院2011年4～9月住院患者输血前4项检测中TP-ELISA阳性(包含弱阳性)的血清标本105例,分别用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体血凝试验(TPHA)、TP-ELISA(不同厂家试剂)进行平行检测。结果:105例TP-ELISA阳性患者中,TRUST阳性54例,TPHA阳性97例,TP-ELISA(不同厂家试剂)阳性103例。结论:TP-ELISA适用于梅毒流行病学调查或术前、产前、输血前等大量标本的梅毒筛查检测。输血前4项中TP-ELISA阳性的血清标本要同时行TRUST和TPHA检测,并结合临床症状以排除假阳性和假阴性。

Clinical significance of TP-ELISA test for blood transfusion

Objective: To explore features and clinical significance of syphilis enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method(TP-ELISA) as one of the first four tests required before blood transfusions.Methods:A total of 105 blood sample which were shown as TP-ELISA positive(including weak positive) were detected with Toluidine Red Unheated Serum Test(TRUST)、Treponema Pallidum Hemagglutination Assay(TPHA)、Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(TP-ELISA) in parallel.Results:Out of the 105 blood samples of TP-ELISA positive,54 were positive according to TRUST,97 were positive according to TPHA,and 103 were positive according to TP-ELISA.Conclusion:TP-ELISA can be used for epidemiological investigation of syphilis,or preoperative,prenatal test for screening of syphilis,or required test before blood transfusion.For serum samples shown as TP-ELISA positive,TRUST and TPHA should be applied to exclude false results.
