原花青素对镉染毒大鼠血清和肝脏中SOD活性、MDA含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨原花青素对镉染毒大鼠血清和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法 80只SD大鼠分两批,随机分成5组。用原花青素灌胃受试组,用CdCl2染毒阳性组与受试组。7d与14d后取大鼠肝脏与血清测定SOD活性、MDA含量,最后统计分析数据。结果镉染毒7d:与镉染毒组比较,肝脏SOD活性对照组、OPC三剂量干预组、血清SOD活性OPC低剂量干预组皆有统计学意义(P0.05),肝脏MDA含量对照组、OPC中、高剂量干预组、血清MDA含量OPC低剂量干预组皆有统计学意义(P0.05);镉染毒14d:与镉染毒组比较,肝脏SOD活性OPC低剂量干预组、血清SOD活性OPC高剂量干预组有统计学意义(P0.05),血清MDA含量OPC中、高干预组皆有统计学意义。结论原花青素有一定的抗氧化作用。

Procyanidins'Impact on SOD Activity, MDA Content in Rats Exposed to Cadmium in Serum and Liver

Abstract:Objective To investigate the procyanidins in rats exposed to cadmium in serum and liver superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) effects. Methods There were 80 SD rats in two batches, each consisting of 40 were randomly divided into five design team. With the experimental group fed procyanidins, with CdCI2 exposure-positive group and experimental group. 7 days and 14 days later SOD measured in rat liver and serum activity, MDA content, the final statistical analysis of data. Results cadmium exposure seven days : compare with cadmium exposure group, liver SOD activity in control group, OPC 3 doses of the intervention group, serum SOD activity of OPC low-dose intervention group this distinction with difference (P〈0.05), MDA content of liver in control group, OPC, the high-dose intervention group, serum MDA content in OPC low-dose intervention group this distinction with difference (P〈0.05); cadmium exposure 14 days: with the cadmium exposure group, liver SOD activity in OPC low-dose intervention group, serum SOD activity of OPC high-dose intervention group were significantly different (P〈0.05), serum MDA content,OPC in the dose of the intervention group, high-dose intervention group in the intervention group this distinction the difference. Conclusion Proanthocyanidins have some antioxidant activity.
