| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MEBO治疗烧伤的临床效果。方法：对536例烧伤病人清创后，将MEBO均匀涂抹在烧伤创面上，一般4-6小时用药一次，必要时1--2小时用药一次。结果：本组536例病人全部治愈，无明显瘢痕，无功能障碍。结论：MEBO可保护创面，减轻疼痛，控制感染，是目前治疗烧伤中的一种较好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effect of MEBO treatment burn.Method: After 536 patients were debrided,we smeared MEBO on surface of burn once 4-6 hour generally,once 1-2 hour if necessary.Result: 536 patients were cured with no dysfunction and obvious scar.Conclusion:MEBO can protect surface of burn,lighten pain and control infection,which is a better way in treating burn at present. |
