| 摘 要： | 目的观察牛蒡子粉对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期或Ⅳ期患者共121例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,疗程8周,比较治疗前后的中医症候积分、尿蛋白及尿微量清蛋白。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后中医症候积分、尿蛋白及尿微量清蛋白均有显著减少（P〈0.05）。结论牛蒡子粉对糖尿病肾病患者具有改善临床症状、减少尿蛋白及微量清蛋白的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of fructus arctii powders in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods 121 patients with Ⅲ stage or Ⅳ stage diabetic nephropathy were enrolled in this trial.They were randomly divided into two groups： intervention group and blank group.The therapeutic course was eight weeks,changes of chinese medical symptom integration,urinary protein and microalbumin were observed and compared.Results Compared with blank group,chinese medical symptom integration,urinary protein and microalbumin in the intervention group significantly reduced after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion fructus arctii powders has the effects of improving clinical symptoms,diminishing urinary protein and microalbumin in diabetic nephropathy patients. |
