| 摘 要： | 目的探讨性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）在妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）胎盘组织中的表达变化及其意义。方法应用RT-PCR、
Western blot 及ELISA法分别检测GDM 胎盘组织中SHBG mRNA、SHBG 蛋白及SHBG 浓度。结果GDM 组与对照组比较：
SHBG mRNA（1.839±0.827 vs 2.485±1.950）、SHBG蛋白（1.852±0.645 vs 2.522±0.842）及SHBG浓度（2.071±0.417 vs 2.495±
0.529）都显著降低，有统计学差异（P < 0.05）。结论GDM时胎盘滋养细胞存在着SHBG，但其合成和分泌减少，在GDM 发病
过程中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore expression changes of sex hormone binding globulin in GDM placental tissue and its significance.
Methods Detecting SHBG mRNA，SHBG protein and SHBG concentration in GDM placental tissue respectively used RT-PCR，the West-
ern blot and ELISA. Results GDM group compared with controls SHBG mRNA（1.839±0.827 vs 2.485±1.950），SHBG protein（1.852±
0.645 vs 2.522±0.842）and SHBG concentration（2.071±0.417 vs 2.495±0.529）were significantly reduced（ < 0.05）. Conclusion SHBG
exist in GDM placental nourish cells but its synthesis and secretion were reduced .This played an important role in the pathogenesis of GDM. |
