高频电火花水针联合按摩、TDP治疗肩周炎对照观察

目的]观察高频电火花水针联合按摩、TDP治疗肩周炎疗效。方法]将75例肩周炎患者随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组25例。A组使用按摩+TDP治疗,B组使用高频电火花水针治疗,C组高频电火花水针+按摩+TDP治疗。1个疗程(10d)结束后疼痛和功能级别评价。结果]①三组患者VAS评分和功能级别治疗后比治疗前有改善。②A组和B组治疗后比较改善不明显。③C组与A组、B组治疗后比较优于A组、B组。结论]高频电火花水针疗法与按摩、TDP配合能显著提高治疗肩周炎的疗效。

High Frequency Spark with Acupuncture and Massage for Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder,TDP Control Observation

Objective] To observe the high-frequency electric spark with acupuncture and massage for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,TDP effect.Methods] 75 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group,25 cases in each group.The use of massage therapy group A +TDP,group B using high frequency electric spark water needle therapy,group C high frequency spark water needle + massage treatment of +TDP.A course of 1(10d) after the end of pain and function of the level evaluation.Results] In three groups of patients with VAS score and functional level after treatment than before treatment has improved.② A group and B group after treatment compared with no obvious improvement.③ C group and A group,B group after treatment than that in A group,B group.Conclusion] The high frequency electrical discharge water acupuncture and massage,TDP complexes can significantly improve the effect of treating periarthritis of shoulder.
