摘    要:在医学临床实践教育环节中,与医学生学习、生活密切接触的临床带教教师,其综合素质尤其是医德医风等德育功能的发挥对医学生在临床实践阶段的成长、成才有着至关重要的影响.从医学生临床德育的必要性入手,通过对临床德育现状进行分析,着重探讨了临床带教教师德育功能的实现路径.

The Development of the Clinical Teachers' Ethical Education Function

Abstract:In the medical clinical practice teaching, for the reason of the close contact in the learning and liv- ing process with medical students, the clinical teachers/ comprehensive quality especially their medical ethics have an important effect on the development of the medical students. This paper evaluated the importance of the medical ethics, analyzed the clinical ethics education status and focused on the methods to achieve the clinical teachersI moral education function.
