| 摘 要： | 概述通过新制剂进行药品生命周期管理的研究进展。新制剂的技术包括口服修饰释放技术、新口服制剂和复方技术。新制剂比原药品具有更多的优点如增加有效性、减少副作用等。通过开发新制剂延长药品生命周期是最普遍的策略，可显著提高产品价值。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews advances in researches of life cycle management using pharmaceutical reformulation. A reformulation technology includes research and development of oral modified release, new oral formulation and compounding formulation. Reformulation offers advantages over an original product in the improvement of efficacy and safety of drugs. The strategy of reformulation is one of the most widely applied tools in improvements of significant values and life cycle of drugs. |
