产地鲜切加工与传统加工乌药饮片抗痛经药效比较研究

摘    要:目的通过痛经模型对产地鲜切加工乌药饮片与传统加工乌药饮片进行药效比较。方法采用雌激素诱导小鼠痛经模型,通过记录小鼠扭体反应及前列腺素E2(PGE2)、前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)、血管加压素(AVP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)5个指标的变化来比较2种不同加工方式乌药治疗痛经的效果。结果与模型组比较,2种不同加工方式乌药均能明显减少痛经模型小鼠扭体次数(P0.01),降低PGE2、PGF2α、AVP水平(P0.05、0.01),升高β-EP水平(P0.01),但两者相同给药剂量结果差异不显著(P0.05)。结论两种不同加工方法乌药均对痛经模型小鼠起到良好的治疗效果,并且产地鲜切加工乌药与传统加工乌药对痛经模型小鼠的药效强度相当。
