淋巴细胞性垂体炎CT与MRI的影像学诊断分析

目的:探讨淋巴细胞性垂体炎的病理变化和CT、MRI表现特征,评价其诊断价值,探讨淋巴细胞性垂体炎与垂体瘤、炎症的鉴别诊断。材料与方法:回顾性分析5例淋巴细胞性垂体炎的临床及影像学资料。结果:淋巴细胞性垂体炎影像学表现为垂体增大,垂体增粗,增强扫描呈明显均匀强化。结论:CT与MRI能清晰显示病变的范围与特征,具有重要的诊断价值。

Lymphocytic Hypophysitis Imaging Diagnosis by CT and MRI

Purpose:To discuss the pathologic change of lymphocytic hypophysitis and the manifestation features of CT and MRI to estimate its diagnostic value.To discuss CT and MRI diagnostic value and limitation in this disease entity and its differentiation with pituitary adenoma.Materials and Methods:Retrospecting and analyzing the clinical and imaging materials of 5 lymphocytic hypophysitis.Results:CT and MRI findings of patients with lymphocytic hypophysitis included enlargement of pituitary gland,stalk thickening,and marked gadolimum enhancement of the lesions.Conclusion:The diagnosis of lymphocstic hypophsitis should be suggested when the enlarged pituitary gland is associated with central diabetes insipidus,and with/withoutdysfunction of adenohypophysis.
