学校人际关系与学生心理健康的相关研究

目的 调查学校人际关系与中小学生心理健康的相关状况，为改善学校人际关系提供依据。方法 采取问卷调查和心理测量相结合的方法，采取整群随机抽取大连地区城乡中小学生731人。结果 中小学生的师生关系困扰程度与学生心理健康水平存在显著的相关性（F=52．65P〈0．001），同学关系困扰程度与学生心理健康水平有非常显著的相关性（F=70．57 P〈0．001）。结论 现实中学校人际关系与中小学生心理健康之间有着显著相关。学校人际关系的困扰程度影响学生的心理健康，师生关系、同学关系的困扰程度随年级的增长而增强，学生心理问题的严重性也显示出随着年级的增长而增强的趋势。

A Study on Correlation between Interpersonal contact at school and Mental Health of Students

Objective To investigate the relation between interpersonal contact at school and mental health of students in primary and secondary schools in order to provide basis for improving interpersonal contact at school and promote mental health of students. Methods 731 primary and secondary school students in urban and suburb of Dalian were chosen by chance and were examined with questionnaire and psychological scales. Results The degree of interpersonal puzzle between students and teachers were statistical related to the level of student's mental health. There were significant differences in the degree of student-student contact puzzle and the level of mental health between different grades. Conclusion At present the interpersonal contact at school is significantly related to student's mental health in primary and secondary schools. The degree of interpersonal puzzle at school have effect on student's mental health. The degree of teacher-student interpersonal puzzle and student-student interpersonal puzzle increases with age. The problem of student mental health also becomes more serious with age.
