| Abstract: | Yunzhi Gan Tai are granules composed of crude polysaccharides obtained from Polystictus versicolor(L)Fr and the excipient cane sugar. There has not been determination method because of the interference of xcipient cane sugar. In our study polysaccharides were seperated from excipient by alcohol precipitation and then determined by spectrophotometry. The average recovery of this method Was found to be 102.5%, and the coefficient of variation was 1.39%. The method is simple and convenient. It is suitable for industrial analysis. |
