| 摘 要： | 目的:评价骨胶原在上颌窦底植骨提升中的应用.方法:采用Bio-oss骨胶原对4例患者共6侧上颌窦行植骨提升术中,同期行牙种植术.结果:术后6个月X线检查发现,移植材料和移植物周围正常骨组织界线变模糊.所植入12 枚种植体无出现松动脱落.种植体均和形成的骨组织形成良好的骨组织,种植体周围未见明显骨吸收阴影,成功率100%.结论:Bio-oss骨胶原在上颌窦底提升术中单独作为植骨材料是可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of bone collagen(Bio-Oss) on maxillary sinus augmentation.Method:In 4 patients with 6 Maxillary Sini,bone collagen(Bio-Oss) were used as bone grafting materials in the sinus lift with simultaneous or delayed implant placement.Result:The X-ray photograph of 6-month postoperation showed that new bone growed into the grafting materials and the beight in the vertical dimension changed little.Of 12 implants,it was lost in the Bio-Oss group.The cumulative success rate was 100%.Conclusion: The sole used of bone collagen(Bio-Oss) in the maxillary sinus augmentation are predictable. |
