| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院两年来口服降血糖药的临床使用情况。方法对我院2006年至2007年口服降血糖药的用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额等进行统计分析。结果本院2006年至2007年应用口服降血糖药16种，国产二甲双胍片、国产格列齐特片Ⅱ、达美康及拜糖平等在2年中DDDs稳居前10位。结论双胍类、磺脲类及a-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂是临床上最常用的三类药物。经济有效是医院用药的基本原则；本院口服降血糖药应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To anzlyze the clinical use of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital be- tween 2006 and 2007. Methods The DDDs and the sales amount of oral hypogly-cemic agents used in our hospital between 2006 and 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results 16 different kinds of oral hypoglyeemic agents were used in our hospital and Domestic metformin tablets, Domestic Gliclazide： 11 , Diamicron, Acarbose ranked the first 10 agents in DDDs order in 2 years. Conclusion Biguanides,sulfonylureas,a-glucosi- dase inhi-bitor are the three most commonly used drugs in clinical practice. Economical feasibility and effective are the basic principle for using drugs. The use of oral hypoglyeemie agents is rational at our hospital. |
