| 摘 要： | 脂联素是脂肪组织分泌的主要的脂肪因子。脂联素参与高血压病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等心血管疾病的发生、发展。脂联素是通过改善内皮功能和对血管的抗炎作用来发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用的。脂联素还可改变血管细胞内的氧化还原反应信号系统,发挥对人类血管和心肌的间接抗氧化作用。现就近年来脂联素与心血管疾病关系的研究予以综述。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin is the main adipokines secreted by adipose tissue.Adiponectin is involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases.Adiponectin plays the anti-atherosclerosis by improving endothelial function and anti-inflammatory effects on blood vessels.Adiponectin can change the redox reaction signaling system in vascular cells and has an indirect antioxidant effects on blood vessel and cardiomyocytes.Here is to make a review on the progress of relationship of adiponectin and cardiovascular diseases in recent years. |
