| 摘 要： | 目的：建立气相色谱法测定补骨脂药材中有效成分的含量。方法：采用30 g/L SE30填充柱，氢火焰离子检测器，以氧化铝柱净化样品,为6，7-二甲氧基香豆素为内标物，内标二点法定量。结果：对国内11个地区的补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素进行测定,含量分别为0.05%～1.17%及0.16%～1.20%。结论：气相色谱法是补骨脂药材质量控制的简便易行的方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a GC method to determine the contents of active compounds psoralen and isopsoralen in fructus Psoraleae.METHOD:Stationary phase:3% SE 30 ;FID detector;6,7 dimethoxy coumarin as internal standard.RESULTS:Several samples of 11 areas were analyzed by this method.The content of psoralen ranged from 0.05% to 1.17%.The content of isopsoralen varied from 0.16% to 1.20%.CONCLUSION:This method is a simple and feasible way to control the quality of fructus Psoralea. |
