非小细胞肺癌氩氦刀冷冻治疗前后中医证候特点研究

目的 对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者氩氦刀冷冻治疗前后中医证候变化规律进行研究.方法 采用前瞻性研究方法,观察患者氩氦刀手术前、后中医证候变化,总结规律.结果 手术后2周较手术前痰证、虚证明显减少;血瘀证无明显差异.术后仍存在痰湿、血瘀、气虚证候.结论 痰、瘀、虚为中晚期非小细胞肺癌主要病机;氩氦刀冷冻术为消除或缓解中医证候的有效方法之一,术后仍存在痰、瘀、虚证,提示冷冻后宜据病情继续采用化痰、活血、扶正治疗,以清除伏痰瘀血,巩固疗效,预防全身复发转移.

TCM syndrome characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer before and after cryotherapy of argon-helium superconductive operation system

Objective To study the change law of TCM syndromes before and after the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with cryotherapy of argon-helium superconductive operation system.Method The TCM syndrome changes and law in patients before and after the operation were observed and summed up by using the prospective study method.Result The phlegm and deficiency syndrome became less 2 weeks after the operation and blood stasis syndrome had no changes.The syndromes of phlegm-dampness,blood stasis and qi-insufficiency were still observed after the operation.Conclusion The syndromes of phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency are main pathogenesis of metaphase and late non-small cell lung cancer.The cryotherapy of argon-helium superconductive operation system is one of effective therapies for relieving TCM syndromes.The syndromes of phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency observed after the operation indicates that the therapies of resolving phlegm,activating blood circulation and strengthening healthy qi should be applied according patient's conditions after the operation to remove latent phlegm and blood stasis,enhance the curative effect and prevent the patient from the recurrence and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
