| 摘 要： | 目的观察牵引疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法164例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予颈椎牵引治疗,对照组给予TDP治疗仪照射。观察并对比两组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.4%,对照组总有效率为71.6%,治疗组疗效高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论牵引疗法是治疗颈椎病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of traction therapy on treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods: One hundred and sixty-four cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with traction therapy.The control group were given TDP-irradiation treatment.The two groups' clinical treatment effect was observed.Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group and that of the control group were respectively 90.4% and 71.6%;The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: The traction therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is remarkable. |
