益气聪明汤加味治疗血管性痴呆30例疗效观察

目的：观察益气聪明汤加味治疗血管性痴呆（ VD）的临床疗效。方法将60例VD患者随机分为2组，对照组30例予茴拉西坦分散片治疗，治疗组30例予益气聪明汤加味治疗，2组均1个月为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程，比较2组疗效，用简易精神状态量表（ MMSE）检测患者的认知功能，日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）检测患者的日常生活自理能力。结果治疗组总有效率83．3％，对照组总有效率53．3％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后MMSE评分较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后升高（P＜0．05），ADL评分降低（P＜0．05）。结论益气聪明汤加味治疗VD具有明显疗效。

Observation of curative effect of Yiqicongming decoction on vascular dementia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqicongming decoction on vascular dementia （ VD） .Methods 60 patients with VD were randomly divided into two groups .30 cases in control group were treated by aniracetam dispersible tablets .30 cases in treatment group received Yiqicongming decoction .The therapeutic course was a month in two groups .The effect was evaluated after three courses .Cognitive function of patients in two groups was detected by MMSE .Self-care ability of daily living of patients in two groups was detected by ADL .Results The total effective rate in treatment group （83.3%） was superior to that in control group （53.3%,P〈0.05）.MMSE and ADL score after treatment in treatment group was increased as compared with that before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqicongming decoction has significant effect on vascular dementia .
