| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对前列腺开放手术后猝死的认识.方法 对2003年1月～2006年12月前列腺开放手术术后猝死2例的发生机制、易发因素和预防措施进行回顾性分析.结果 前列腺开放手术后猝死发病率低.结论 积极处理易发因素、加强术后有关预防措施,可有效预防猝死的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the reorganization of sudden death after open prostatectomy, Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 2 cases who suddenly died after open prostatectomy and analyzed it mechanism, liable factors and preventive measure. Results Death rate after open prostatectomy is low. Conclusions To lower the death rate after open prostatectomy, the effective measures are to prevent liable factors positively and have preventive measures after operation. |
