复方丹参健力浓缩颗粒对大负荷运动训练小鼠免疫系统的影响

目的研究复方丹参健力浓缩颗粒对大负荷运动训练小鼠免疫系统影响及其药理作用。方法 60只昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,分别为安静对照组、大负荷运动对照组、低、中、高剂量（72 mg/kg、216 mg/kg、1030 mg/kg）复方丹参健力浓缩颗粒给药大负荷运动组,灌胃给药4周后分别考察小鼠血象、巨噬细胞以及免疫指标的变化。结果和安静对照组相比,大负荷运动组小鼠白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞数量下降,巨噬细胞的吞噬指数降低,巨噬细胞分泌因子一氧化氮（nitric oxide,NO）、白介素1β（interleukin-1β,IL-1β）减少,胸腺指数、脾脏指数降低,细胞内谷胱甘肽（gluta-thione,GSH）变化不明显。高剂量颗粒给药组能提高各种细胞数量,提高巨噬细胞的吞噬指数以及因子分泌,调高胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论复方丹参健力浓缩颗粒能显著改善大负荷运动训练小鼠的免疫抑制状态。

Effect of Fufang Danshen JianLi Granules on Immune System of Mice with High Intensity Exercise

Objective To investigate the effects and pharmacological action of Fufang Danshen JianLi granules on the immune system of mice with high intensity exercise.Methods Sixty Kuming mice were randomly divided into five groups,i.e.no-exercise control group,high intensity exercise control group,the low,middle and high dosage of JianLi granules medication(72,216,1030 mg/kg) and high intensity exercise groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,the mice’s hemogram,the function of peritoneal macrophages and the immune indexes were observed.Results Compared with the no-exercise control group,in high intensity exercise control group,there was significant decrease in the counts of white blood cells,lympocytes and neutrophils,the phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages,the contents of nitric oxide(NO) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β),thymus index and spleen index.There was no significant change in the glutathione(GSH) contents.High dosage of medication could increase the numbers of various kinds of cells,the phagocytic index and cytokine secretion of the peritoneal macrophages,thymus index and spleen indexes.Conclusion Fufang Danshen JianLi granules can effectively improve the immunosuppression status of mice induced by high intensity exercise.
