柴葛煎中药物单煎和共煎对柴胡挥发油煎出量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨柴葛煎中药物单煎和共煎对柴胡挥发油煎出量的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,对柴胡单煎液与合煎液中柴胡挥发油含量进行测定。并以此为指标,比较单煎和共煎对柴胡挥发油的溶出量。结果:共煎提取的挥发油含量明显高于柴胡单煎法,柴葛煎合煎提取挥发油含量明显高于药对合煎。结论:柴胡与大豆黄卷、黄芩、葛根及柴葛煎中其他药共煎会提高挥发油的煎出量。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the effect of single decoction and mingle decoction on essential oil from Bupleurum Chinese.Methods:The determination of essential oil from Bupleurum Chinese was measured by UV,and we compared the effect of single and mingle decoction on the content.Results: Bupleurum Chinese decocted single,the content of essential oil is much lower than Bupleurum Chinese decoted with other herbs.and the content of essential oil in chaigejian is the highest in all mingle decoctions.Conclusion: It would increase the content of essential oil on the mixed decoction with bean sprout,S.baiclensis,puerariae and other herbs in chaigejian.
