| 摘 要： | 目的：总结烧伤后肾功能衰竭的特点，评价治疗效果。方法：对我院烧伤科近7年收治的14例烧伤并发肾衰病例，从临床资料、治疗方法、疗效和预后综合分析。结果：11例经血液净化治疗，9例抢救成功，2例死亡。3例未行血液净化治疗，均死亡。结论：血液滤过是烧伤后肾衰治疗的首选方法，血液净化治疗能显著提高烧伤并发肾衰病人的成活率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the experience in treating acute renal failure post burn and evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Method: The data of 14 cases of acute renal failure post treated in our hospital in the past 7 years were analyzed, including the method of treatment, efficacy and prognosis, etc. Result: 9 out of the 11 cases who received blood purification therapy were cured successfully and 2 died. 3 cases had not received blood purification therapy died. Conclusion: Our data suggest that hemofiltration is the first choice in the treatment of acute renal failure post burn. Blood purification can increase the survival rate remarkably. |
