绿激光及Nd：YAG激光联合应用行虹膜周边切除术

目的 报告联合应用绿激光及Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光对７２例（１１３眼）闭角型青光和虹膜周边切除术的方法。方法 用绿激光对周边部虹膜表面作一非穿透性光凝区，用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ在其中央作虹膜透切。结果 一次虹膜周切全层穿透１０８眼（９５．５％）；透切孔再闭锁５眼（４．４％）；虹膜表面出血４眼（３．５％）；角膜内皮损伤６眼（５．３％）。结论 与单纯用任何一种激光相比，联合应用的并发症的发生率显著为低。

Combined green laser and neodymium: yttrium aluminum garnet laser peripheral iridectomy

To report the method of combining green laser and Nd:YAG laser peripheral iridectomy on 113 eyes (72 cases) with angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Follwing green laser creating some photocoagulations on the surface of peripheral iris, Nd:YAG laser completed a patent iridectomy in the center of the iris. Results The rate of performing a patent iris perforation by once was 95.5% (108 eyes); the reclosure of the iris perforation was 5 eyes (4.4%); the iris haemorrhang was 4 eyes (3.5%); an accidental burn to the corneal endonexine was 6 eyes (5.3%). Conclusions The complications of the combined procedure appeared to be significantly less than either one of them.
