| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药足浴并按摩联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病足疗效。方法]将93例随机分为两组,对照组48例静滴前列地尔,治疗组45例中药足疗联合静脉滴注前列地尔。两组均14d为l疗程,治疗2疗程进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组显效15例,有效30例,无效3例,总有效率93.75%。对照组显效9例,有效23例,无效13例,总有效率71.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。平均显效天数、有效天数治疗组均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]中药足浴并按摩联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病足疗效满意。
