综合性大学医学教学运行模式与管理机制的改革与实践

在高校体制改革中，为加快高等医学教育事业的发展，我们对国内，外改革的现状进行调查研究，充分发挥综合大学优势，在合并调整，在改革中发展医学教育，提高医学教育办学层次，充分利用教学资源，组建新的院系和中心实验室，提高办学效益，为创建国内一流综合性，研究性的大学，为培养创新人才作出更大贡献。

The Reform and Practice of Medical Teaching Running Model and Administration Mechanism in Comprehensive University

In order to Accelerate the development of advanced medical education, we investigated the states of reform about advanced medical education in abroad and home. And we concluded: we should efficiently give play to the advantage of comprehensive university, adjust in mergence of schools, develop further the medical education teaching, construct a new series of institutions and laboratories, make good use of teaching resource and improve the benefit of university. If we doing so, we could contribute more to establish the first-class comprehensive university and culture more personnel with creative Ability in our university.
