摘    要:目的 :探讨骨基质明胶 ( BMG)在下颌骨缺损修复中对骨形成的诱导作用。方法 :在 60只Wistar大鼠下颌骨缺损中植入 BMG材料 ,并设空白对照。植入后 7、1 4、30、60 d通过 X线片和组织学观察测定骨缺损区骨形成的情况。结果 :BMG植入 1 4d有新骨形成 ;BMG植入 60 d骨缺损被完全修复 ;而空白对照组骨缺损未被修复。结论 :BMG具有良好的生物相容性和可吸收性 ,在骨缺损愈合过程中起骨引导和骨诱导作用 ,是一种有临床应用前景的骨移植材料

Abstract:Objective:To study the inducing effect of bone matrix gelatin (BMG) on bone formation in repair of mandibular defects. Methods:60 Wistar rats were divided into two groups. The mandibular defect was formed in tested group. BMG was implanted in tested group rats but no implant rats were set up as control group. At 7,14,30 and 60 days, respectively, after operation the effectiveness of defect repair was determined through histological observation and X rays photograph. Results:Since fourteen days new bone formation was founded in mandibular defect 14 days later, and bone defect was complelely repaired after 60 days. The defect in control gorup was no repaired. Conclusion:BMG has good biocompatibility and absorbability this is a promising bone substitute in clinical uses. Shown osteoconductivity and inductinity in bone healing process.
