血清25羟维生素D3水平与2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的关系研究

摘    要:目的 探讨血清25羟维生素D325(OH)D3]水平与2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变(LLPAD)的关系.方法 选取210例2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组),根据下肢血管超声结果将患者分为LLPAD组(94例)和无下肢血管病变 (Non-LLPAD)组(116例),并选取同期来本院体检的50例健康者为对照组.对每位患者进行临床资料收集及常规生化指标检测,采用电化学发光法检测所有受试者血清25(OH)D3水平.结果 LLPAD组患者血清25(OH)D3水平显著降低,与Non-LLPAD组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析发现年龄(OR=1.064,P=0.001)、吸烟(OR=3.639,P=0.001)、舒张压(OR=1.046,P=0.010)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(OR=1.188,P=0.048)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(OR=1.520,P=0.028)、25(OH)D3(OR=0.096,P=0.001)是糖尿病下肢病变的独立危险因素.结论 低维生素D水平、高龄、吸烟、高HbA1c、高舒张压、高LDL-C与2型糖尿病患者LLPAD的发生密切相关.
