时辰化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察及护理

目的:对比观察CAP方案时辰化疗与常规化疗的疗效及不良反应的护理。方法:对72例非小细胞肺癌患者,用抽签法随机分为时辰化疗组及常规化疗组,两组患者的治疗时间不同,但用药剂量及化疗周期相同,并对患者的睡眠、饮食等各方面给予护理。结果:时辰化疗组38例,完全缓解率及总缓解率分别为18.4%(7/38)及57.9%(22/38);常规化疗组34例,分别为2.9%(1/34)及32.3%(11/34)。两组相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。时辰化疗组Ⅱ度以上的白细胞毒性、消化道反应的发生率分别为15.8%(6/38)、23.7%(9/38),而常规化疗组分别为52.9%(18/34)、67.6%(23/34),两组相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。结论:用CAP方案时辰化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效高、毒副反应小,明显优于常规化疗,且费用低,值得临床推广应用。

Chrono-chemotherapy for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
