参与式互动式教学方式在青春期生殖健康教育中的效果评价

摘    要:目的 :青少年性与生殖健康问题直接影响到一代人以至几代人的健康发展 ,青少年生殖健康教育被普遍认为是生殖健康促进发展领域中应优先考虑的重点。为了探讨青春期健康知识的传播方式 ,尝试使用参与式互动式教学方法 ,完成对 18~ 2 4岁年龄段青春健康知识的传播 ,对收到效果进行评价。结果 :本项目人群是北京市外来18~ 2 4岁青年 ,71 0 %来自农村 ,初中文化占 72 5 % ,高中文化占 2 7 5 %。培训后对生殖生理、性与性行为的认知、性病、艾滋病的认知和避孕方法的了解等知识的知晓率和知识技能分别提高了 1 7~ 98 3、 5 5 4~ 84 9、 4 2~ 81 7、11 5~ 10 0 0个百分点。 10 0 0 %的青年认为参与式互动式教学模式好 ,93 3 %的青年认为教学内容符合他们的需求。结论 :参与式互动式教学方式是青少年生殖健康知识传播的有效模式 ,有利于传统教学模式的改革 ,能激发参与意识和学习兴趣 ,使青少年在形成正确的知识、态度、行为方面发挥了十分有效的作用 ,在青春期生殖健康知识的教学方法上是一次新的尝试和拓展

Abstract:Objective: Youth sex and reproductive health affect one and more gaps health development. For probing the puberty health knowledge spread model, to complete the knowledge spreading from 18 to 24 by participated and mutual action teaching method, and evaluate the effect. Results: The samples are 18 ~ 24 youth from other regions, 71 0% of them are from county, primary middle education level is 72 5%, high middle education level is 27 5%. After training , the recognition of reproductive physiology sex and sexual action, sexual diseases, AIDS and the knowledge to avoid pregnancy increase 1 7% ~78 3%,55 4%~84 9%,4 2%~81 7%,11 5%~100 0%.All of them think this method is good, 93 3% of them think the teaching content according to their demands. Conclusion: This participated and mutual action teaching method is effective model of youth reproductive health knowledge spreading , and can help the revolution of traditional teaching model, stimulate participative idea and study interest, formulate proper knowledge attitude and action, it is an new attempt and development of puberty reproductive health teaching method.
