呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

目的了解呼吸道合胞病毒致支气管肺炎时血T淋巴细胞亚群的改变。方法对2003~2006年确诊为呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的住院患儿,采用流式细胞仪对其急性期血淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。其中呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)性肺炎组28例,健康正常对照组23例。结果RSV肺炎组CD4+T细胞,较对照组显著增高(p=0.0417)。RSV肺炎组的CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组显著增高,(p=0.0332)。结论RSV感染可诱导CD4+细胞表达增加,且CD4+/CD8+比值增大,RSV肺炎患儿存在与哮喘相似的T细胞亚群变化相关的免疫功能紊乱,提示两者在发病机制存在一定的联系。

CHANGES OF T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN CHILDREN WITH RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS PNEUMONIA

Objective To observe the changes of T lymphocytes subsets including CD4 and CD8 cells in peripheral blood of children with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) pneumonia in acute period. Method Fresh peripheral blood samples of patients in 28 RSV group and 23 healthy children (control group) were collected and detected by the flow cytometry. Result The percentage of CD4 cells was significantly higher in RSV group than that in control group (p=0. 0417) ,while there was no significant difference on the percentage of CD8 cells between the two groups. The ratio of CD4 /CD8 in RSV pneumonia group was also higher than that in control group (p=0.0332). Conclusion RSV infection can cause high expression of CD4 cells and increase the ratio of CD4 /CD8 . Thus, it can activate T cells.
