| 摘 要： | 目的：研究杜仲、人参及其合剂对衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法采取D-半乳糖连续皮下注射制作亚急性衰老小鼠模型，酶活测定法检测各组小鼠血清及肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶（ SOD）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ GSH-Px）的活力。结果杜仲、人参及其合剂能提高小鼠血清及肝脏组织的SOD和GSH-Px活性。结论杜仲、人参及其合剂具有一定的抗氧化和抗衰老作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-aging effect of Duzhong , Ginseng and their mixture to senile mouse model .Methods Senile mouse model was induced by injecting subcutaneously D-galactose .Measure the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver .Results Duzhong ,Ginseng and their mixture can increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px.Conclusion Duzhong ,Ginseng and their mixture have antioxidation and anti-ag-ing effects. |
