心理干预对鼻咽癌患者放疗治疗的影响

目的探讨心理干预对鼻咽癌患者放疗治疗的情绪、生活质量和急性放射反应的影响。方法将72例初治鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(35例);观察组行常规放疗,配合常规护理、心理护理和心理治疗;对照组行常规放疗及常规护理。结果观察组患者抑郁、焦虑、惊恐、敌对情绪显著低于对照组;观察组患者皮肤、口腔粘膜反应及上消化道反应均低于对照组。结论正确的心理护理有助于缓解患者心理障碍,减轻放疗副反应,提高生活质量。

Influence of Mental Nursing Intervention on Treatment Effect of the External Radiotherapy for the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma.

Objective To explore the mental nursing intervention contribute to clinical treatment effect of external radiotherapy of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Seventy-two patients with the initial treatment nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomized into two groups.37 patients (treatment group) applied for the convention external radiation therapy,usual care means,mental nursing and psychological treatment.And 35 patients(contral group) applied for the convention external radiation therapy and usual care means.Results Suitable nursing care measure not only smoothed athymia,anxiety,panic and hostility emotion on the treatment group,but relieved cutaneous,oral mucosa reaction and upper gastrointestinal toxicity.Conclusions It can mitigate the patients psychologic obstacle,relieve the radiotherapy complication and improve the Qulity of Life to apply to proper mental nursing intervention.
