| 摘 要： | 目的:为建立胶体果胶铋胶囊微生物限度检查法提供依据。方法:采用沉降法去除供试液中的抑菌活性成分,以目标菌进行回收率验证试验。结果:大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉的平均回收率均在70%以上。结论:本法简便易行,适用于胶体果胶铋胶囊微生物限度检查中细菌、霉菌及酵母菌的计数检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide basis for establishing microbial limit tests of colloidal bismuth pectin capsules.Methods:Sedimentation process was adopted to remove the bacteriostatic active components in the test solution and the recovery verifying test of coefficient was carried out on the goal bacterium.Results:The average coefficient of escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,bacillus subtilis,candida albicans and aspergillus niger were well above 70%.Conclusion:This method is simple and convenient,applicable to counting bacteria,fungi and yeast in the microbial limit tests.of colloidal bismuth pectin capsules. |
