小剂量替罗非班治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的探讨小剂量替罗非班治疗不稳定型心绞痛（unstable angina，UA）的疗效。方法97例UA患者随机分为2组：对照组43例和治疗组54例。两组患者均采用常规治疗。在此基础上，治疗组加用替罗非班，以常规半剂量0．05μg／（kg·min）通过静脉泵持续静脉输注72h。结果治疗组总有效率为88．9％，明显高于对照组的62．8％（P〈0．05）；与对照组比较，治疗组ST压低总和减少（P〈0．05），心绞痛发作次数减少（P〈0．05），硝酸甘油使用量也显著减少（P〈0．01）。结论使用小剂量替罗非班治疗UA可取得较好的疗效。

Observation of Curative Effect of Low Dose of Tirofiban on Patients with Unstable Angina

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low dose of Tirofiban on the patients with unstable angina. Methods Ninety-seven UA patients were random vandomly divided into control group（43 cases） and therapy group（54 cases）. Patients in two groups received general treatment. Patients in therapy group were given general treatment in addition to Tirofiban half of general dose,0.05 μg/（kg ·min）]administered for 72 hours by continuous intravenous injection with venous pump. Results Total effective rate was 88. 9 % vs control group 62.8 % （P〈 0.05）. As compared with control group, the amount of ST segment depression was reduced（P〈0.05） . The frequency of angina was greatly reduced （P〈0.05） ,the consumption of Nitroglycerin was also significantly reduced in the therapy group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion UA patients can receive better effect by low dose Tirofiban than only general treatment.
