| 摘 要： | 目的观察尼莫地平联合丁苯肽治疗血管性认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将90例血管性认知障碍的患者分为两组,对照组单用尼莫地平,治疗组予尼莫地平与丁苯肽联合应用。分别在治疗前及治疗后2个月进行蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)量表评测并比较结果。结果治疗组MoCA量表各子项目评分较对照组有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平与丁苯肽联合应用较单用尼莫地平能进一步地改善血管性认知功能障碍患者认知功能的各个主要方面。
