摘    要:目的:研制我国自制的多器官保存液,以满足日益发展的国内器官移植手术的需要。方法;在全面分析国外最先进的多器官保存液UW液配方的基础上,研制成长征-1号多器官保存液。改进有:(1)用低分子右旋糖酐-40替代羟乙基淀粉’(2)用蔗糖替代木棉粮;(3)去掉UW液中添加成分;(4)添加钙离子拮抗剂维拉帕米;(5)使PH值进一步偏碱性。

Abstract:Objective: To develop homemade or modified UW solution in the aspect of transplantation in our country. Methods: In 1992 we developed a new solution, NO.1 Changzheng MultiOrgan Preserving Solution(CZ1 solution).There were 5 modified aspects in CZ1 solution: (1)replacing hydroxyethylstarch with dextran40; (2) replacing RAF(raffinose) with sucrose; (3) getting rid of insulin,Penicillin and Batricn; (4) adding Ca2+ channel blockers-verapamil; (5) regulating the pH of CZ1 solution to 7.450.10. Experiments with organs(kidney,liver,heart,lung and pancreas, etc) of the animals(New Zeland rabbits or SD rats) to test how and how long CZ1 solution could preserve the organs safely were conducted. The morphologic changes by light microscopy and electron microscopy,biochemical and physiologic function of organs and the survival rate of transplantation during cold prolonged storage flushed with CZ1 solution or UW solution were also observed and assessed. Results and Conclusion: The controlled study showed that the CZ1 solution was as effective as UW solution and was more effective in some cases. It was worth mentioning that successful 24 to 31 hour cold storage of cadaveric kidneys in transplantation were obtained. CZ1 solution can reduce production costs and improve quality of organ preservation.It can meet the requirements of the rapid development of transplantation.
