不同生命状态内关穴红外温度变化过程中穴位特异性的显现

摘    要:目的从家兔不同生命活动状态下红外温度的变化过程中观察穴位的特异性。方法采用ThermaCAMTMP30红外热像仪,检测15只家兔活体时、死亡即刻、死亡30 min和死亡60 min时内关穴及非穴对照点的红外温度。结果家兔死亡即刻、死亡30 min和死亡60 min时内关穴的红外温度均显著低于活体时(P〈0.005,P〈0.001),死亡30 min和死亡60 min时内关穴的红外温度也显著低于死亡即刻(均P〈0.001)。家兔死亡即刻、死亡30 min和死亡60 min时非穴对照点的红外温度均明显低于活体时(均P〈0.001),死亡30 min和死亡60 min时非穴对照点的红外温度也显著低于死亡即刻(均P〈0.001)。家兔死亡即刻内关穴红外温度显著高于非穴对照点(P〈0.001),而家兔活体时、死亡30 min和死亡60 min时内关穴与非穴对照点红外温度均无明显差异(均P〉0.05)。结论家兔内关穴及非穴对照点的红外温度均随死亡过程而逐步降低,但家兔内关穴在其死亡即刻这一特殊时刻红外温度下降的幅度明显小于非穴对照点,穴位与非穴对照点的差异在死亡即刻这一特殊的病理状态下而得以显现。穴位的这种特异性在机体的正常生理状态下并不明显,在生命活动终止后不复存在。

Abstract:Objective To observe acupoint specificity during a change in infrared temperature under different life activities in rabbits.Method Infrared temperature at point Neiguan(PC 6) and a control non-acupoint was measured using a Therma CAMTMP30 infrared thermograph in rabbits during living,and immediately and at 30 and 60 min after death.Result Infrared temperature at point Neiguan was significantly lower in the rabbits immediately and at 30 and 60 min after death than during living(P<0.005,P<0.001).It was also significantly lower at 30 and 60 min than immediately after death(both P<0.001).Infrared temperature at the control non-acupoint was significantly lower in the rabbits immediately and at 30 and 60 min after death than during living(all P<0.001).It was also significantly lower at 30 and 60 min than immediately after death(both P<0.001).Infrared temperature was significantly lower at point Neiguan immediately after death than at the control non-acupoint in the rabbits(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in infrared temperature between point Neiguan and the control non-acupoint in the rabbits during living and at 30 and 60 min after death(all P>0.05).Conclusion Infrared temperature at point Neiguan and a control non-acupoint gradually falls with the course of death in the rabbits,but the range of a drop in infrared temperature was significantly narrower at point Neiguan immediately after death than at the control non-acupoint.The difference between an acupoint and a non-acupoint appears in the special pathological state existing immediately after death.Such acupoint specificity is not obvious in the physiological status of the body and does not exist after life activity stops.
