老年血管性痴呆中西医结合治疗研究

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 :将 70例老年血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用益智合剂和尼莫地平片治疗 ,对照组给予尼莫地平片治疗。结果 :治疗组患者血清胆固醇 (TCH)、甘油三酯 (TG)、血浆脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量显著降低 ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量显著提高 ,并且其还可扩张脑血管、增加脑血流灌注 ;治疗组智力状态检查量表 (MMSE)积分较对照组明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,日常生活能力量表 (ADL)有明显减分变化 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗老年血管性痴呆疗效明显优于尼莫地平

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on senile vascular dementia

Objective: It is to assess the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on senile vascular dementia. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with Yizhi Heji and Nimodipine. The control group were treated with Nimodipine. Results: In the treatment group, the level of serum cholesterol, serum triglyceride and plasma LPO decreased significantly, the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) and SOD in red blood cells increased significantly, cerebral vessels dilated, cerebral blood flow increased, the MMSE scores increased significantly (P<0.01) and the ADL scores decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on senile vascular dementia are better than that of Nimodipine.
