| 摘 要： | 目的了解大学生对同性恋的认知及态度,为高等院校开展相关内容的健康教育提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,对广州市某高校在校大学生567名进行问卷调查,比较不同性别、不同生源地、周围是否有同性恋的大学生对同性恋的认知及态度。结果大学生对同性恋各项基本知识的知晓率为59.9%～70.8%。在某些项目上,不同生源地的大学生对同性恋的认知和态度差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);在态度方面,女生对同性恋比男生更加宽容(P值均<0.05),与同性恋有过接触的大学生对同性恋的态度要正面积极(P值均<0.05)。58.5%的大学生通过网络获取同性恋知识,17.1%的大学生通过学校课堂获取。87.9%的大学生希望进一步获取同性恋相关知识。结论大学生对同性恋的态度是比较宽容的,但是对同性恋的认知还亟待提高。采取多种途径的健康教育是正确对待同性恋的重要举措。
