超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛在几种心血管疾病中的变化

摘    要:目的:观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)在心血管疾病中的变化,方法:对156例心血管疾病患者(肺心病41例,冠心病77例和高血压38例)分别测定血清SOD和MDA的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,心血管病组血清SOD下降了38.78%(P<0.01),MDA升高了140.58%(P<0.01),SOD/MDA值下降了73.30%(P<0.01),结论:在心血管疾病患者中自由基代谢紊乱,提示自由基触发的脂质过氧化反应可能参与了这些疾病的发生和发展。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde(MAD) in several cardiovascular diseases. Methods:The levels of SOD and MDA of 156 cases with cardiovascular diseases were measured, (41 of them were cor pulmonale ; 77 were coronary heart disease; 38 were hypertension). Results: Compared with the control group, the level of SOD dropped by 38.78% in cardiovascular diseases group (P<0.01), that of MDA was lowered by 140.58% (P<0.01), SOD/MDA was decreased by 73.30% (P<0.01) . Conclusion: The free radial metabolism was disordered in cor pulmonale, coronary heart disease and hypertension. It is saggestd that the free radical-induced lipid peroxidation may contribate to the incidence and the development of these diseases
