针刺治疗眼肌麻痹76例临床研究

目的：观察针刺治疗眼肌麻痹的疗效，探索其治疗机制。方法：共治疗各型眼肌麻痹76例．同时测定治疗前后患者睑裂大小、瞳孔大小及眼球活动范围值。结果：痊愈57例，占75．0％；好转13例，占17．1％；无效6例，占7．9％。有效率为92．1％。结论：针刺治疗可能刺激了相关神经及其分支或者刺激了眼周肌肉的肌梭、肌腱等组织，促进了神经肌肉功能恢复，因此改善麻痹神经、肌肉的功能。

Clinical study on acupuncture for treatment of 76 cases of ophthalmoplegia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on ophthalmoplegia and explore the mechanism. Methods 76 cases of ophthalmoplegia of various types were treated by acupuncture, and the sizes of palpebral fissure and pupil and the range of ocular movement were determined before and after treatment. Results 57 cases were cured accounting for 75 0%, 13 cases improved accounting for 17 1%, 6 cases were ineffective accounting for 7 9% with a total effective rate of 92 1%. Conclusion Acupuncture stimulates possibly relative nerves and their branches or stimulates the muscle spindle, tendon and other tissues around the eye, promoting restoration of functions of nerves and muscles.
